DOG WALKING

How long are the dog walking sessions?

Most standard walks are 30 minutes, but we also offer 15-minute potty breaks and 60-minute adventure walks.

Walks can be private or small-group depending on your preference and your dog’s temperament.
Yes—unless conditions are unsafe (extreme heat, storms, or ice). In bad conditions, we provide a shorter potty break with indoor enrichment.

We accommodate same-day requests whenever possible.

DOG SITTING

What does dog sitting include?
Feeding, walks/potty breaks, playtime, companionship, medication (if needed), and daily updates.
Yes, we offer both daytime drop-ins and full overnight stays.
Some alone time may occur during overnight sits, but we follow your schedule requests and ensure dogs get plenty of attention.

Yes. Oral and topical medications are included. Ask about special needs beforehand.

What’s included in cat care visits?

Feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, medication (if needed), and photos/updates.

Absolutely. We move at their pace and ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

At least once per day is recommended, but twice daily is ideal for kittens, seniors, or cats with medical needs.

Yes. We can bring in mail, water plants, adjust blinds/lights, and perform quick home safety checks.

Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes—our team is fully insured, bonded, and background-checked for your peace of mind.

You can book online, by phone, or through our app. Early bookings are recommended for holidays.

We offer flexible cancellations with notice. Policies vary for holiday or boarding reservations.
